The simplest way to place an order is to click the 'add to basket' symbol next to the items you would like to buy. This will create a shopping basket and you can continue to add as many items as you like.
When you're ready to check out, click the button on your shopping basket and you'll be taken to the Paypal secure payment pages where you can pay for your goods directly with your credit or debit card.
Paypal are a world leader in online payments, so you can guarantee that you're protected by the latest secure payment technology, we don't take any of your payment details from the shopping pages, it's all done with the security by Paypal at the checkout.
If you've already signed up with Paypal and have an account, then you can pay from your Paypal account, or you can save your details and create an account if you choose. You don't need an account to make a payment, just a credit or debit card.
However you decide to pay, it's simple, it's safe and it's secure.

If you'd prefer, then you can give us a call on 01986 894456 (0044 1986 894456 from overseas), we are available to take your order from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, we accept all major credit and debit cards, or you can send us a UK cheque with guarantee card number on the reverse, payable to Bell's of Suffolk.
delivery
We will despatch your items as soon as possible, normally within seven days, some items may take longer subject to stock availability, however, we will always contact you if there are any problems.

If your order qualifies for the reduced rates we will send you a refund for the difference in shipping costs after we've packed and weighed your parcel. Small and medium orders are usually sent by Royal Mail and do not require a signature on receipt.
All large orders (up to 20kg) are sent by next day courier to mainland UK addresses, and will require a signature on receipt, for larger items or bulk orders we can confirm the delivery costs at the time of order.
If there's nobody to receive delivery, the courier will leave a note with a contact telephone number and you can call to arrange for them to come again at a convenient time. You can always leave instructions with your order for a secure place to leave your package in case you're out, with a neighbour, for example. If no instructions are provided, then the courier must have a signature on receipt.
If the courier fails to deliver the order after repeated attempts to reach you, then the goods will be returned to us. There is an additional charge of £9.95 for the courier to return the items to us. We will then issue a refund for your order minus the two courier charges.
For shipments to Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands, Channel Islands and other European destinations, please ask for a quotation for delivery, or continue to place your order, and if it costs any more for delivery, we'll let you know. We will give an immediate full refund if you're not happy with the final delivery cost. As an example, a 2kg small package to Europe costs approximately £11.00.
For orders outside UK and mainland Europe destinations we recommend that you email first to ascertain delivery costs.
For items of furniture, we can arrange delivery, however, it is often more cost effective for you to hire a van and visit our shop to collect your items, online furniture orders are delivered by our courier.
returns
We take every care to package your order so it arrives safely, however if your items arrive damaged, please let us know within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement, if you are unhappy with your purchases please return them in their original condition within 5 days for a refund or replacement.
We regret that we cannot accept returns on items made to order or specially commissioned pieces.
environment
At Bell's of Suffolk we make every effort to recycle all our packaging materials, your items will be carefully packed to arrive safely, but probably not in a brand new shipping box. All our packing materials are clean and fit for reuse, please help the environment by recycling your packaging.

We make every effort to ensure that all photographs are representative of the items supplied. All photography remains the property of Bell's of Suffolk and must not be used without permission. All prices are correct at the time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter the price at any time.
Some items may have slight variations in surface finish, particularly with enamel goods where the finish may be slightly uneven, this is perfectly normal and is part of the manufacturing process.
In the supply of goods to the customer, Bell's of Suffolk under no circumstances accepts liability for any loss, expenditure or damage particular to the circumstances of the customer.
